Shipping and Returns
Please try to enter your shipping information as accurately as possible. Any address errors may cause delay in your delivery. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
We want you to be happy with your Tulsie purchase! For any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue you a refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges.
If your order arrives substantially damaged, send us an email with a picture of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org and, once we confirm that the order was substantially damaged, we will issue a refund.
